R & D
The customer satisfaction-based activities of Matsan enable the Research & Development Department to determine the expectations and requirements of the customers in a realistic manner and give them the opportunity to market new products and services oriented towards meeting these requirements. Through close follow-up of the developments in the World adhesive sector and self-improvement via participation in the fairs and seminars, Matsan has been updating and increasing its service quality aiming customer satisfaction on a constant basis.
As we know, bonding application and the relevant problems bear some specific characteristics. The adhesive performance is affected by working conditions, working equipment and the effects of several other factors. In order to obtain high performance in bonding applications, you should take into consideration our recommendations before any application.
In general, miscellaneous adhesives are used for the manufacture of any product. However, excellent results can be achieved if the raw materials, application equipment and adhesives are selected in a correct harmony for compatibility. During any process carried out with adhesives, the instructions for use of the relevant adhesives should be followed duly.
In general, ready-to-use adhesives are being marketed and sold; therefore, any actions not included within the applications recommended in the instructions for use of these adhesives should be avoided. Since the adhesives may be subjected to replacement as a result of long storage periods, the use of stocks in hand should be based on first-in first-out method.  The packages opened should be closed tightly after use. For hot-melt and gluten adhesives, attention should be paid for the proper adjustment of heat. Furthermore, all of the application equipment used in bonding should be cleaned and relevant maintenance activities should be performed after use regularly.
